444w Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules for You

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by the platform 444w, available at 444w.best and its associated apps and subdomains. Using the platform constitutes full, unrestricted, and unconditional acceptance of all Terms described herein.

By completing registration or using any feature of the 444w – including Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, blackjack, slots, and all other products – the user confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any condition, use of the services of the 444w must be stopped immediately.

The 444w reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 7 (seven) days in advance via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use the services of the 444w, the user must create a personal account providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration requires, at minimum: full legal name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Brazilian mobile phone number.

Each user may hold only a single active account on 444w. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual – regardless of device, email address, or payment method used – is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, with possible blocking of any pending balances.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out using an account's login details is the responsibility of the account holder, except in cases where the 444w was duly notified of unauthorized access prior to the transactions being carried out.

Account closure can be requested by the user at any time through support. Any available balance will be returned via Pix or TED to the verified account holder within up to 5 business days after the request is confirmed.

Access to the services of the 444w is restricted to individuals who simultaneously meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal do Brasil);
• Reside in Brazil or hold Brazilian nationality;
• Have full legal capacity to perform legal acts;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion on the platform 444w.

The 444w does not accept registrations from users under 18 under any circumstances. Any attempt to create an account using third-party details or fraudulent documents will be reported to the relevant authorities, and any account linked to those details will be permanently blocked.

Employees, service providers, and immediate family members of 444w are prohibited from creating betting or casino accounts on the platform.

The 444w accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) via the following methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer through major Brazilian banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions participating in the instant payment network).

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, but personalized limits can be set by the user through the responsible gambling tools or applied by the 444w for security or compliance reasons.

Pix deposits are credited to the 444w immediately upon confirmation by the banking system, typically within 5 seconds. Deposits via boleto bancário are credited within up to 2 business days after the payment is confirmed.

The 444w does not charge fees on deposits. Any applicable bank fees are the user's responsibility and depend on each financial institution's own policies.

The 444w processes Pix withdrawals in up to 4 (four) seconds for verified accounts, with no fees charged. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. The withdrawal method must match the one used for the most recent deposit, except in specific cases authorized by the support team.

To process your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport) along with proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Verification is completed within 24 hours of receiving all documents.

The 444w may temporarily hold a withdrawal for security or compliance verification purposes. In such cases, the user will be notified by email, and the maximum hold period for investigation is 5 (five) business days, after which the amount will be released or the user will receive a substantiated explanation.

• Pix withdrawals: processed in up to 4 seconds, no fee;
• TED withdrawals: processed within 1 business day, no fee from the 444w;
• Withdrawals to credit card: subject to the card issuer's processing timeframe (typically 5 to 7 business days).

Bonus amounts are subject to rollover requirements that must be met before they become eligible for withdrawal. The requirements for each bonus are detailed in the promotions section and in the bonus award email.

The 444w offers betting markets for football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, state championships, and international leagues), UFC and MMA, volleyball (Superliga and Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB and NBA), e-sports, and other sports.

The odds published by the 444w reflect the estimated probabilities for each outcome and are subject to change until the event begins. Bets confirmed before an odds change are honored at the originally accepted values, except in cases of clear technical error.

Bets on canceled or unplayed events are automatically voided and the wagered amounts are returned to the user's balance. For events interrupted before the end of regulation time, the specific rules for each sport and competition apply as described on the platform's betting rules page.

The 444w has a zero-tolerance policy toward match-fixing, result manipulation, and any form of collusion aimed at exploiting irregularities in sporting events. When such practices are identified, the account is immediately closed and the relevant authorities are notified.

The casino products at 444w – including live blackjack tables with a real dealer, poker rooms in Texas Hold'em and Omaha formats, slots, crash games, and other titles – use random number generation (RNG) systems certified by independent auditors, ensuring fully random results free from manipulation.

The live casino of the 444w is operated with high-definition streaming from studios with real dealers. The specific rules for each game — such as the number of decks in blackjack, rake at poker tables, and the RTP of each slot — are displayed in the interface of each product before the user starts a session.

The 444w reserves the right to correct the results of any game in the event of a documented technical failure that affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected user will be notified and their balance adjusted within 48 hours.

All bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement (minimum wagering amount) that must be met before the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal. The standard rollover at 444w is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.

• Welcome bonus: available for the first deposit on newly created accounts only;
• VIP Cashback: credited automatically every Monday, with no rollover requirement;

Unused bonuses expire 30 (thirty) calendar days after being awarded, unless a different timeframe is explicitly communicated. Upon expiration, bonus amounts are automatically removed with no compensation.

The 444w VIP Program 444w consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progress between tiers is based on the cumulative volume of Sports Betting, casino play, poker hands, and any other paid activity on the platform during the qualifying period.

The VIP Program cashback is calculated weekly based on total wagering volume from Monday through Sunday and credited automatically to the user's balance at the start of each week — no request needed, no rollover requirement.

The 444w reserves the right to adjust progression criteria, cashback percentages, and benefits for each tier with 15 (fifteen) days' prior notice to affected users. Changes will never affect cashback already credited to the user's balance.

Use of the services of the 444w is subject to compliance with the following prohibitions. Any violation may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure, with pending balance blocked and notification to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account to claim welcome bonuses or promotions restricted to new users;
• Using automation software, bots, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform;
• Share account credentials with third parties or allow another person to use your account;
• Make deposits using payment methods that are not registered in the user's own name;
• Engaging in any form of collusion at poker tables, live blackjack, or Sports Betting;
• Systematically attempting to exploit technical flaws, odds errors, or unexpected system behavior;
• Use the 444w for any money laundering or unlawful purpose;
• Place bets on events for which you hold privileged knowledge or access to non-public information.

The 444w works with Brazilian regulatory authorities, anti-money-laundering bodies (COAF), and other competent agencies, providing information on suspicious transactions when legally required to do so.

The user is responsible for:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone, including 444w (who will never ask for the user's password);
• Use unique, strong passwords of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols;
• Immediately notify 444w if unauthorized access to your account is suspected;
• Do not access the 444w on public devices or open Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.

In the event of confirmed account compromise due to a security failure attributable to the 444w, the platform commits to reimbursing the user for any amounts wrongfully lost, subject to proper investigation and documentation.

The 444w collects, processes, and stores users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). Collected data is used solely for the purposes described in the platform's Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email address, mobile number, financial transaction data, and betting history. This data is required to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and continuously improve the user experience.

The user has the following rights guaranteed by the LGPD regarding their personal data on the 444w:

• Confirm whether your personal data is being processed;
• Access your stored personal data;
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data;

• Deposit limit: configurable for daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Once reduced, the new limit takes effect immediately; increases take 7 days to be applied;
• Loss limit: sets a maximum loss amount per session or period, after which new bets are temporarily blocked;
• Temporary account pause: available for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, with immediate blocking of account access and betting;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently closes access to the account. Reactivation requests following a permanent self-exclusion are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to a minimum waiting period.

The 444w strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under 18 and actively enforces age verification at registration and through periodic account reviews.

The 444w is not responsible for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user of their own free will. The outcome of Sports Betting and casino games involves inherent randomness and risk, and participating means accepting these conditions.

In the event of temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or technical incidents, the 444w will make every effort to restore services as quickly as possible. Bets placed at the time of an unplanned outage will be handled in accordance with the specific rules of each product.

The 444w is not liable for damages caused by:

• Internet connectivity issues on the user's end;
• Incorrect information provided by the user at the time of registration;
• Delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

The 444w may update these Terms at any time to reflect regulatory changes, product improvements, or operational needs. Changes that materially affect user rights will be communicated at least 7 (seven) calendar days in advance via the registered email address and a prominent notification on the platform.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available at 444w.best/terms-conditions, with the effective date clearly shown at the top of the document. It is the user's responsibility to check the document periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the services of the 444w after the effective date of a new version of the Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. Users who do not agree with the changes have the right to request account closure before the new Terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted exclusively under Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the online entertainment sector in Brazil.

For dispute resolution, the 444w prioritizes friendly resolution through customer support. Disputes that cannot be resolved administratively will be referred to the court of the user's domicile in Brazil, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.
